Individual Teams or Family/Company Events
These reservation procedures are geared for individual teams requesting practice time for which the organization doesn’t request or for families/companies planning single events.

Complete and submit the Field Use Request Form . Request the desired date, day, time & field. The Parks Scheduling Office will search for available times and try to match your request. If the requested timeslot is not available, the scheduling office will contact you to discuss available options. Requests are processed in the order received.
Phone inquires are welcome Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm. Phone calls are not considered requests.
Please allow a minimum of five (5) business days to process requests.
A completed form can be submitted via email utilizing a Client ID# in lieu of signature on the Terms & Conditions section (2nd page) or with signature via scanned email, fax, mail, or drop-off.
Individual teams can request a maximum of four reservations at one time.
Payment is required at the time of request. Visa or MasterCard can be accepted over the phone once the request is received. If preferred, you may submit a Credit Card Authorization Form to authorize the City of Bellevue to keep the account number on file for future billings.

Rainout/Field Closure Procedures:
Field Scheduling Conflicts:
The first step to avoid a scheduling conflict is to have the original Rental Confirmation in your possession at the field.
If both teams’ contracts show the same field, day and time, then the team with the most recent printout of an original contract shall have field rights.
If neither team can produce a contract, the following priority will prevail in order of significance: 1) youth priority over adult, 2) league play over practice.
In the event priority still cannot be determined, a flip of a coin shall determine which team can take the field.
Notify the Parks Scheduling Office within two (2) business days of the conflict. Please provide team & contact names involved.
Reschedules:
All requests to reschedule must be in writing.
Please allow a minimum of five (5) business days to process requests.
Cancellations:
All cancellations requests must be in writing.
For your convenience, you may submit a Return to Inventory Form .
A minimum of five (5) business days notice is required.
After Use:
If there is credit remaining on account, please contact the Parks Scheduling Office to request a refund.
