Crossroads Mini City Hall

Crossroads Mini City Hall is a neighborhood service center extending city services and community connections to East Bellevue residents. A fully equipped satellite office at Crossroads Bellevue, 15600 NE Eighth St., the Mini City Hall specializes in personalized customer service and outreach to Bellevue's diverse population. Service is provided in nine languages, and staff is available to provide information and assistance to visitors Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Cultural navigators offer assistance in the following languages each week:

Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese): Wednesday, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.; Friday, noon - 6 p.m.
Korean: Friday, 10 a.m. - noon
Russian: Tuesday, 3 p.m. - 6 p.m.; Thursday, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.; Saturday 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Spanish: Monday, 4 - 6 p.m.; Wednesday, 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Tagalog: Saturday, noon - 1 p.m.
Bengali, Hindi and Urdu: Monday, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.; Tuesday, 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
