Crossroads Mini City Hall
Crossroads Mini City Hall is a neighborhood service center extending city services and community connections to East Bellevue residents. A fully equipped satellite office, the Mini City Hall specializes in personalized customer service and outreach to Bellevue's diverse population. Service is provided in nine languages, and staff is available to provide information and assistance to visitors Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Volunteer interpreters/translators provide services weekly:
Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese) - Wednesday 10 a.m. - 5 p.m., Friday noon - 6 p.m.
Korean - Friday 10 a.m. - noon.
Russian - Tuesday 3 p.m. - 6 p.m., Thursday 10 a.m. – 5 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Spanish - Monday 4 - 6 p.m., and Wednesday 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Tagalog - Saturday noon - 1 p.m.
Bengali, Hindi and Urdu - Monday 10 a.m. - 4 p.m., Tuesday 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
