2012-2015 Consolidated Housing and Community Development PlanThe Consolidated Housing and Community Development Plan is prepared every four years as both a planning document and an application for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). This Consolidated Plan covers the years 2012-2015 and will be updated annually with single-year action plans.
The purpose of the plan is to review current and future trends taking place in the community regarding housing and human services. The needs identified through this review help shape a set of objectives and strategies that will be used to allocate federal Community Development Block Grant funds. This plan is intended to complement and work within the structures of the existing policy and planning documents of the City of Bellevue and will reference those documents repeatedly throughout the Plan. These documents include the City of Bellevue Comprehensive Plan, the 2011-2012 Human Services Needs Update, and the American Community Survey and Census data.
The City's Annual Action Plan for the Community Development Block Grant can be downloaded as well. Both the Consolidated Plan and the Action Plan include information on Fair Housing efforts. List of local Fair Housing resources.
In addition, the City prepares a Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report.
