Non-Emergency Calls and Online Services

If you have a medical emergency or need to report a crime or criminal or suspicious activity of any kind, please dial 911. NORCOM dispatches for Bellevue's Police and Fire departments.

If you wish to call the Bellevue Police Department about a non-emergency issue, please call 425-452-6917 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. The property room is open for pick up by the public 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Tuesdays and Thursdays. Please call 425-452-6955 the day before for an appointment. Police records requests

If you want to register a comment, compliment or complaint with the department, you can do so with the online comment form. If you want to request police action for problems related to speeding vehicles or traffic or parking issues in Bellevue, you can make a traffic service request online.

The Bellevue Police offer a Community Academy to give people who live or work in the city an opportunity to learn about all facets of police work and the daily challenges officers face. The academy is generally offered twice a year. (The spring 2009 class has been canceled. Check the Community Academy in August to check the status of the fall class.)

Finally, those who have questions regarding 911 emergency services, including reverse 911, should contact NORCOM at 425-577-5600.

  • Downtown Transit Center: 10800 block of Northeast Sixth Street, in the Rider Services Building,
  • Crossroads Bellevue: 15600 NE Eighth St., in the mall next to Destination Spa and Salon, across the street from Fedex Kinko's, or
  • Factoria Mall: 3915 Factoria Blvd.SE, near Nordstrom Rack and Red Robin.
