Because weather-related events and natural disasters occur without warning we encourage you to become informed. The 2008 Emergency Resource Guide has been expanded and revised and is now available for download. This helpful resource has a variety of fact sheets on pertinent emergency preparedness topics available in multiple languages. So whether you are wanting to find out about how to prepare for a snowstorm or an earthquake the Emergency Resource Guide will assist you. Don't forget the Washington state Emergency Management Division website which also contains information regarding becoming prepared for any emergency.
